Looks like you've got 'em both.
We actually use Nuvox (now Windstream) for the AT&T delivery. They manage the AT&T connection and are much more responsive than AT&T for customer service.
Cox also has customer service issues here. However I've located good reps for both Nuvox and Cox, (none found yet for AT&T direct). Send me a message and I'll be happy to share.
